Why this survey?

IDA wants to hear from disability activists/ advocates active in organisations of persons with disabilities, to learn about the way they are participating in policies and programmes developed by governments and international partners. The survey is part of a strategy to monitor meaningful participation of OPDs and to hold decision-makers accountable, in line with Articles 4.3 and 32 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

A first survey of this kind was conducted by IDA in December 2018 (report available here).

Who can respond to this survey?

The online survey is for activists/ advocates involved in organisations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), including members, staffs, and volunteers.

We encourage persons with deafblindness and their representative organisations to complete the survey

Your participation is fully voluntary. You can decide to withdraw at any time.
