During the 5th European Parliament of Persons with Disabilities theme: “Building an inclusive future for persons with disabilities in the EU”, Francisco J. Trigueros, President of the European Deafblind Union made a speech, and also met with Velichka Draganova, the regional representative of Europe for WFDB!
