We are thrilled to announce an exciting side event at the 18th Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CoSP18)! The event will focus on the global recognition of June 27th as the International Day of Deafblindness. It is organized by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Croatia to the United Nations and co-organized by The World Federation of the Deafblind (WFDB) and the International Disability Alliance (IDA).

We will highlight the long-standing work being done in this area and the impact of proclaiming June 27th as the International Day of Deafblindness to raise awareness and drive change.
